Screenwriter Young’s project RODHAM landed director James Ponsoldt.

Young Il Kim’s 2012 Black-Listed biopic “Rodham” aims to expose some of the professional and personal challenges Hillary Rodham (pre-Clinton) esquire extraordinaire faced long before her days as the First Lady, Senator of New York, Secretary of State and presumed presidential hopeful — in other words, as a b.a.m.f. — and now a director has been chosen for the job of bringing the pic to life.

“The Spectacular Now” helmer James Ponsoldt been wrangled in by “Twilight” producers Wyck Godfrey and Marty Bowen for the pic (not coincidentally, the script for “Spectacular” was also a Black Lister in 2009), and an actress is soon to be sought for the job of portraying the eponymous role.”
